For packages that are lost in the mail or stolen, check with your local post office first and if they are unable to locate your package, file a claim with them and send us an email at demsiboodeebutters901@gmail.com with your order number, claim number, and the items ordered. Once we have received your email, we will replace your items, unless a refund is requested. Please contact us within 5 days of your delivery date.
